I spent a night here to explore the historic old city. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from attractions like the Clock Tower Monument and the Sanctuary of Saint Peter Claver. The room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere despite being near busy streets. It was nice to have breakfast included, and the lobby was bright, adding to the pleasant ambiance. Overall, a good experience for a short stay.

Enjoyed the spacious room equipped with good cupboard storage and an ice-cold fridge. Breakfast consisted of tasty fruit, several beverage choices, and options for pancakes or eggs, setting a nice tone each morning. The location made it easy to walk to the old town and the Clock tower. A grocery store just a street away added convenience. On the downside, the shower had low pressure, and initially, there wasn't hot water when I first checked in. Although they did address the hot water issue promptly, it was an inconvenience that detracted from my overall experience. Also, the room near the lobby felt a bit noisy at times due to reception activity.

central location, 24-hour check-in, beautiful interior
The room lock malfunctioned, leaving us unable to secure our belongings!!! Maintenance left a lot to be desired with low shower pressure and inconsistent hot water!!! Room sizes were smaller than expected for the price!!!

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 4 nights. While the room was comfortable, it was much smaller than described. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when we needed to change rooms due to a maintenance issue. However, the hotel policies limited guest access to personal rooms, which can be inconvenient for socializing.

The hotel offered a fantastic location, just minutes from the vibrant old town. The staff were super nice, and they even provided a baby cot for our newborn, which made our stay much easier. It was great to explore nearby attractions like the beachfront.
My wife says that the bathroom could use a family-friendly design.

This place was just a great fit for getting around the area in Cartagena with good value considering the price it charged. Hot water was restored quickly after I raised the concern with the staff, who were very nice. Try to get a room away from the noisy street if you're sensitive to sound.

We had an awesome time staying at this hotel with friends! The service was top-notch and the staff always went above and beyond. We explored the nearby beach and local markets, and even got bikes to ride around. Overall, a great spot to enjoy our vacation.
However, the room was smaller than expected, which made it a bit cramped for our group, especially when we wanted to hang out.
